There are many benefits that web conferencing can offer. One of the best benefits is that you don’t need a lot of special hardware to start web conferencing. Here are other benefits that web conferencing can offer you:

A webinar is a great way to save travel time and money. There are many advantages that webinars can offer. However, webinars also have their disadvantages. Here are the advantages and disadvantages when using webinars:

Advantages:

- Greater participation

- Cost effective

Disadvantages:

- Different learning styles of people

- No direct interaction with the audience

- Speaker cannot tell if the audience is really listening
