Another landlord responsibility is making sure that you collect payment from all of your tenants on time. They should know when to send your money, and in turn do it on time.

Out of all the landlord responsibilities this is the one that is most fun. After all, who doesn’t like to collect money month in and month out? To go along with this, you will also have to be prepared to take action against a tenant if they are not going to pay you on time, and the amount of money that they owe. This is not one of the better landlord responsibilities, but one that you must be familiar with nonetheless.

There are many landlord responsibilities that you must become familiar with before you get started. The good thing is that you can learn about these responsibilities well in advance. But even then, you will probably run into some details along the way that will surprise you. If this happens, the only things that you can do are roll with the punches and then work everything out to the best of your ability.
