Less stress and refreshing opportunities such as taking a cruise just helps lessen and taper off any existing stress brought about by circumstances and/or old age.

This in turn may lessen one's inclination to the debilitating illnesses such as strokes and heart attacks. The body will also release more of the happy hormones called endorphins which leaves people with a feel-good feeling that will keep them perky.
