Once or twice per year we attend a couple of major Bluegrass Festivals. If any of you have ever attended a Bluegrass Festival, then you know that the best way to experience one, is to camp overnight in some sort of RV. Bluegrass Festivals come alive at night when the professional shows are over and everyone returns to the camp sites. There you are in for an evening of the finest jam sessions that sometimes go all night. Many pickers go from one jam session to another and sometimes are able to set in with the professional performers. It is very convenient to be staying in an RV. When you get tired, your bed is very close by.

We do not own an RV, and cannot justify the cost of owning one, to be used only a couple of times a year. Therefore we rent one for our getaways. RV motorhome rentals are very common as most dealers offer such service.

RV rentals in North Carolina are plentiful, and we usually attend a festival there each year. We just call ahead and reserve one, and when we arrive it is ready and waiting for us. We don’t put a lot of miles on it as we drive right to the nearby festival in it. It makes for a very enjoyable vacation for us.

We have in past years used RV rentals in Texas, RV rentals in Georgia, and RV rentals in Central Florida. All of these RV rental agencies have provided us with premium RVs. Their friendly service was above and beyond. We have been very pleased with all of the RV rental places that we have used.

When we retire and maybe decide to purchase an RV, we will know exactly what we want in a unit. And we will know the best dealers around that we can go to in finding the RV that is right for us. By renting a variety of units from several dealer, we will be more knowledgeable when it comes to purchasing an RV.

Sometimes it’s the best way to go.
