You will want to create a structure of pages where the links will be placed. You will need to make a new page for each theme, similar to the theme of your website.

You will also need to make one or more web pages for links to websites that contain different themes. An index or directory page will need to be made for easy navigation around your site. Lastly, place the title of your home page, a description of your home page, and your home page URL in the links or directory page. A webmaster will use this information to place you in their links page.
