Tips for using working desk and chair.

Can you imagine about a person who have to sit at his working table for 7 hours consecutively, and do you think whether there is a way to help him to make himself still fell comfortable all the time?
In reality, sometimes, you may have this kind of situation, and this often leads to severe stress happen to you during the work. However, do you know that using the working furniture in correct way will help you to reduce that stress, and will make you feel more comfortable.

The research finding reveals that the time that you spend on working chair when you work at home is more than the time that you use with the chair when you work in your office. The different may be about 7-10 hours, so now you may have an idea how suffer you will be if you sit in the wrong posture and how this affect to your work.

The chair that you will use for working chair must be the chair that specially designed to be a working chair and will be used only for this purpose, so do not use other type of chair for working chair. The common characteristic of good working chair is its structure should be flexible, thickness of stuffing materials, has armrests and backrest. The level of height should be adjustable and it should has five-notch leg rather than three-notch leg, because five-notch leg have more capability to carry weight than three-notch one. You should also try to sit on it, for a while or long enough to make sure that you really comfortable with it because you will have to spend most of you time during the day with it.

As we all know that to love in what you are doing will give a positive result to the work output. However, some external factor such as quality of furniture also has impact to the work output too, more or less. I am talking about the quality of a working table. You should use the working table that compatible with the chair. The working table should have 150 x 85 cm. in size, and it must have smooth surface and its colour should not be too shiny.

How to use working table in the right way

You should have a plan about how will you put stuff on the table to enable you to work most comfortable. If you have a desktop computer, you must put the computer at the center of the table, where at the same level of your eye sight. Put the computer on the right or left side will make you lose the balance when you sit. The suitable distance between you and the computer is 60 cm and avoid to put it at the point of reflection, which will distract your eye sight.

Put telephone on your right (for right handed person) and spare some space on the left available for miscellaneous work such as take notes, cut paper etc. For the writing work, you must find the space in front of you, which sometimes may have to share with your computer’s space.
