Great passive income opportunities are easy to find in the financial world, however most people do not know about passive income opportunities online/internet simply because they have not looked or believe it's possible. I am here to tell you that I have been generating a part-time income from residual based income programs now for about 2 years now. Sure I've had my ups along with my failures but that comes with any business. Large or small, new or old.

I started out with two hundred dollars to mess around with in the fall of 2004, bouncing from one opportunity to another. Not really having alot of time, money, or a mentor, I had some great success, and huge failures. At the end of it, I've become a smarter man first by managing my money, and learning from my failures. I have been able to turn that two hundred dollars into a great income for my family.

People are led to believe they have to sell something, or recruit a substantial amount of people into a multi-level-marketing business in order to make any kind of decent money. I can tell you from first hand experience they are completely wrong and lack the proper education when it comes to passive streams of income.

I've done some due diligence on HYLP's (High Yield Loan Programs). Basically these types of programs allow you to lend money to them and in return pay you a fixed interest rate for lending them your money. Many programs offer anywhere from 1% all the way up to as high as 50% a month.

Choosing the correct program to go with is crucial. Some programs do work, while others do not. From my personal experience, I tend to favor the lower end of the spectrum, and stick with programs that yield between 1% and 10% per month. The truth of the matter is programs claiming to make 50% a month cannot sustain these levels very long and eventually crumble. However, programs with lower return rates are the ones to look for these tend to last for years.

Proper money management is needed and I strongly advise one to diversify themselves in any type of passive income opportunity. These programs do work, some last for a few months while the stable ones last for many years. The truth is, millionaires have keep passive income opportunities a secret for years, and that is why there are only a selected few people who reach that level. Having your money work for you is the key to success rather than you working for your money.
