You want to maximize muscle gains from your home gym right? 

That’s why today I’m going to give you a real insight into how you can use the coming months to gain a fantastic amount of LEAN muscle, by bulking you up in the most effective way.  

I’ll show you how to go about quickly increasing your muscle mass in a controlled manner, but without getting fat at the same time! 

Think it could be complicated? It isn’t!
 
Yet so many people do this the wrong way and wonder why they’re piling on pounds of fat!  

Take this scenario: 

Jeff has a target of adding 5 pounds of muscle over the next 6 months. He knows that in order to do so, he’s going to have to increase his calorie intake. 

Eating anything he can get his hands on from pizza to burgers, his weight is increasing steadily week by week, and he’s really happy with his progress.  

However, he soon notices the definition he once had is starting to disappear under a layer of fat.  

“This is completely normal” he tells himself. “I’ll be able to cut this away in a few months no problem” 

But a few weeks later and he’s looking even more bloated! 

So what does Jeff do? He gets worried and comes off his bulking diet, deciding that adding these extra pounds of muscle is just too difficult and not worth it. 

Ok, so did you spot where he went wrong? The idea of increasing the amount of calories he’s consuming was correct, but “Eating anything he can get his hands on…” That’s the problem. 

If he had gone about things differently, the results would have been so much better. 

First of all it’s important to understand that fatty foods will add pounds, but will do little towards building the body you want. If this weren’t the case, all obese people would be covered in muscles!  

The key is eating CLEAN CALORIES from HEALTHY FOODS. 

But how much do you need? 

An extra 500 calories per day may be enough to take you onto that next level you’ve been aiming for, and the easiest, most convenient way to do this is to consume liquid calories.  

Am I talking about weight gainers here? Yes. But not the type you buy off the shelf, which are full of poor ingredients. Instead, make your own!

Here’s how you do it…

You will need:  

500ml of skimmed milk

2 tablespoons of peanut butter

1 cup of frozen raspberries

60g of protein powder  

Simply blend it all together, and you have a weight gainer containing around 800 calories, made from nothing but CLEAN foods!

Consume one or two of these a day between meals (or use as a meal replacement) and you will soon be on your way to reaching your target weight in the most healthy way possible.
 
If you still don’t feel you’re gaining quick enough, simply add an extra ½ cup of milk of more fruit. But by using this method, the results will come. 

Personally, I consume one of these shakes for breakfast and it keeps me going for 2 or 3 hours no problem. They’re great tasting, and each shake only contains things that my body actually needs! No rubbish.
