However, in case you are willing to pay extra than to share cabin with another it would advisable to keep in mind that extra fees charged by some luxury cruise lines may be lower than those bigger or less exclusive. That means that the former can give you more comfort at the same charges. You will have to research more and plan well to get the best bargain offer on your money.

There may be some others who are ready to cope with certain amount of uncertainty, for whom another option is to wait for the last minute when even greater discounts may come out from cruise lines if all cabins have not been booked. Not actually planning but luck may reward you in such cases.

Your boarding the cruise ship does not mean that you have to spend in isolation the total vacation period. The ship reverberates with a lot of activities joined and enjoyed by people on board some of whom might be traveling alone like you and therefore making friendship is not difficult.

You must not skip social function of dinner if you like to meet people. It does not come of course under the category of activities though it offers scopes to all to know each other. It may so happen that the person sharing dining table with is not to your liking and then you can request to seat at another next evening, surely you would meet a person you would like.

Sailing yourself does not mean isolation

You can get a touch of mystery if you go on cruising yourself. Do not forget that these vacations give breaks from daily routine and for that hardly any option more rewarding than boarding a cruise can be imagined since that gives you the scope to know the ocean yourself and be blessed with new friendships, the valuable gains attained simultaneously!
