Toxic Body

When the body is toxic, the cells cannot receive nutrients from the blood because the interstitial fluid surrounding the cells is plugged-up with wastes from sluggish lymphatics. This internal poisoning also causes mental depression and morbid thoughts. It's a vicious cycle--one condition feeding the other like a dog chasing its tail. Most people, instead of cleaning out their colons use incense, air wicks, underarm deodorants, foot powder, mouthwash, toothpaste, breath fresheners, perfumed sprays and colognes to cover up their stink because they are filled with impacted fecal matter. If the colon doesn't get cleansed, the other organs can't cleanse their waste. If a person can't get the bowels cleaned out, even if they clean the plaque out of the arteries--it's going to go back into the body. They'll just re-absorb it. Unless they clean out the colon, they will never regain vibrant health. You definitely do not want your body to re-adsorb the waste!

Detoxification, Getting Rid Of Stimulants

Stimulants cannot give the body what it needs. Only natural food can promote a healthy and thus happy physiological function. You could look at it this way: the only natural way to feel good is the one that is a by-product of a normally functioning body that is producing sufficient energy at the cellular level. Any other way to feel good is phony and a result of stimulants, how innocent these stimulants may look. No not go for coffee just to get that high, coffee does not give your more energy, it just exhaust your body for the adrenalin.

The Perfect Detox Organ

Your body detoxifies itself all day and for the biggest part during your sleep. Especially until noon it is therefore sensible to eat fruit only. Your body has to dispose of the toxic elements it receives from stimulants, nutrition and pollution. However, most people do not know that the biggest detox organ of all is your skin! Yes, your skin has over a million pores which are designed to flush out toxins from your body!

Detox with Juice

Juice fasting gives the digestive system a rest and speeds up the growth of new cells, which promotes healing. If you have any medical problems, do not fast without medical approval and supervision. On a juice fast, a person abstains from solid foods and drinks juice, water, and herbal teas throughout the day. We should be drinking every half hour to an hour. If we go for long periods of time without drinking anything, then a little glass of juice will not be able to sustain us. But if we are constantly drinking, the day will go by very smoothly. However, juice fasting cannot be on a long term basis.

Toxicity on Two Levels

Toxicity occurs on two basic levels--external and internal. We can acquire toxins from our environment by breathing them, by ingesting them, or through physical contact with them. Chapter 11, Environmental Aspects of Nutrition, deals with chemical aspects of food and how they influence our lives and health. We all are exposed to toxins daily. We eat and drink them and impose them upon ourselves repeatedly and regularly. Most drugs, food additives, and allergens can create toxic elements in the body. In fact, any substance can have toxicity - water, sodium, and almost all nutrients can be a problem in certain circumstances. Lead Detox today!

Cleansing From the Inside

The other major contribution and health-related benefit from infrared saunas, is that the process actually enables more efficient internal cleansing processes in the human body. This is accomplished by isolating and mobilizing any trapped impurities or body toxins and immediately eliminating or expelling them directly through the skin.
