The most common accident results from the “by-effect,” when a tooth with chains with the higher quadrant of the end of bar of guide crosses out of wood without cutting it through. The chain cannot continue to move, and it bar is led in an ascending arc towards the operator. The by-effect can have like consequence of the serious damage or even death.
