For most people that are looking to drop a few pounds, the area that they really would like to target is the stomach.

Of course, the propagation of misinformation out there causes many people to think that they can just go out and do all the sit ups and crunches in the world to trim up that midsection.

But what’s the real answer.

Easy… your abs start in the kitchen.

You can do all the ab workouts that you want but if you never attack that layer of body fat that’s hovering over them, you’ll never see them.

Oh, and don’t forget that you can’t spot reduce fat either.

Here are some simple ways to get rid of stomach fat:

* Increase your water intake
* Reduce the amount of processed foods that you intake
* Add weight training to your workouts — use a heavy enough weight as well
* Add some interval training to your workouts — don’t rely solely on low intensity, steady state cardio to try and get results

Naturally, we could go into many more answers that follow the question “How To Get Rid Of Stomach Fat“. But, most people already know what to do…

The problem is that they just don’t do it.

Remember that most people have problems with “Failure To Launch” and not the information that they are trying to put to use. In other words, it's not that they don't know what to do, they just don't know how to start.

So what's the answer to getting rid of stomach fat:

Easy. Just get started and let everything else flow from there. Don't worry so much about what you are doing. You can always change gears if things don't seem to be working out.

The key is to start doing something TODAY... not tomorrow.
