The important thing in our life is to lead a happiest life that is by the maintenance of good health. Now a day’s people are living in a busy world and they don’t have time to look after their health properly. This is the reason for the blooming up of several health care centres and fitness centres. In order to avoid these things and maintain our body robust, we should undergo some methods by ourselves.

If we follow the basic way to be clean and do our own work then it is not necessary for us to worry about our health.

The basic things we should follow are

•Avoid smoking (as it will affect our lungs)
•Do some exercises everyday regularly
•Eat sensibly
•Learn to check your blood pressure
•To be relaxed, do meditation.
•Diet and exercise will keep you free from diseases
•If you are women past menopause, then you should consult a doctor regarding the replacement of hormones.

Now a day’s the main reason for heart diseases is mental strain and stress. This affects a person physically also. We can be free from these things by meditation and yoga.

A small change in our daily life can add valuable changes in our life permanently. People should understand it. Instead of wasting their time by going to gym and medical centres, we ourselves can maintain our health in a proper way.

Eating habits have changed a lot now a days, this is one of the reasons for people gaining weight.

Consumption of a fruit per day keeps you fresh, instead if you eat fatty foods like pizza, burger it will increase your cholesterol level and this will affect your health in many ways.

Intake of fatty foods may cause diseases like blood pressure, heart attack, giddiness, obesity, etc.

There are four main things which are essential for a person’s robust health
•Consumption of nutritive foods
•Physical fitness
•Stress control
•Good sleep
The consumption of nutritive foods is like eating canned foods, fresh fruits and vegetables, milk. Fresh fruits and vegetables should be washed well before eating, because the vegetables from the field may contain many invisible bacteria.

We can maintain our physical fitness by going for a walk or cycling for 30 minutes in the early morning which will activate our hormones and will keep us active for the whole day.

Stress control is the critical criteria in a person’s life, if you are undergoing a mental stress it will affect you and the persons around you. The only way to avoid this is to be happy always and take things in a positive way.

For getting a good sound sleep, you should first have a free mind before going to bed. Intake of fibre rich foods also will give you nice sleep. People suffering from back bone pain and neck pain may avoid sleeping in the bed; instead they can sleep on a mat.
