MS Outlook - FREE Search Add-on
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=09b835ee-16e5-4961-91b8-2200ba31ea37&DisplayLang=en

Last summer, Microsoft acquired a company that had a great search engine called Lookout. It was adapted to add-on to Outlook to allow you to search quickly for e-mail and any other files or attachments in Outlook.

Once it is installed, you'll have a new toolbar for Lookout like the one here. Simply type in what you are looking for and you'll get quick results.

It is much faster than using the search function that comes with Outlook and it is searching all of the different folders at the same time. This type of an add-on is a MUST HAVE. Download Lookout now.

It's a great feature and very fast. If you do not like it, it's easy to uninstall.

MS Outlook - FREE Backup Software

This new Microsoft add-on for Outlook is the best way to backup all your Outlook messages and folders.
The Outlook .PST file contains all of the Outlook folders including e-mail, calendar, contacts, notes, and tasks. Your archived data may be located in a separate folder. The Personal Folders Backup allows you to backup all of these folders.
Download the Microsoft Personal Folders Backup.

MS Outlook - FREE Spam Filter Update
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=E478799E-074B-4492-A224-257043C975AD&displaylang=en

Microsoft has a new update with more current definitions for what should be considered junk e-mail. It probably won't stop all your spam... but it sure will help.
Update your filter.

Windows XP Tip
Save Your Folder View
Set Your Windows to have the same View so that you are not going from one window in a thumbnail view to another in a list view and not really knowing which view is going to appear when you open a new window.

1. On the Tools menu in Windows Explorer, click Folder Options
2. Click the View tab
3. Set the view for this folder the way you want it to be for all folders
4. Click Like Current Folder, then click Yes to confirm, and click OK

Customize the Start Menu so that the programs you use most are always available.

1. Click Start, All Programs
2. Right-click the program you want on the Start menu
3. Select Pin to Start menu

KNOW when your real estate clients have read your email messages - WITHOUT any ok or notice required by the recipient!
http://entier.ecosm.com/link/?twbrpuu

Message tags notify you the moment your messages are opened
When your email is viewed at its destination, MSGTAG lets you know. You receive notification from MSGTAG telling you that your message has been opened. The notification also details when the message was sent, when it was viewed, and what the delay was in between.

Unlike traditional read receipts, MSGTAG doesn't hassle your recipient with pop-up boxes — it's completely automatic — and you can send tagged messages to practically any email address, including Hotmail and Yahoo addresses. And it's free! So now you don't have to wonder, because you'll know.
