Talking to dogs has always been the most interesting subject for canine enthusiasts. You need to master the art of communicating with dogs. The first thing that you should is to recognize and study every single behavior of your dog. And the approach involves three distinctive areas:

Understanding what makes them what they are

Understanding why do they behave in the way they do

Learning to make them understand what you want them to do

As from the human point of view, what all the canine behaviorists have to say is that, an owner has to communicate with dogs. Determine the behaviors in them that are desirable or undesirable. While on the canine point of view, we should communicate with dogs to determine what all behaviors in them tend to give them the ultimate satisfaction. The secret of the success story lies in understanding the signals that your dog sends to you. He who understands whether the dogs is unsure or confused, happy or sad, bold or nervous is the most successful owner of his dog.

Make Yourself A Successful Dog Owner

There are certain very simple approaches that can make you a good and a successful owner. The most significant of them is not to expect too much from the innocent little pooch before you learn communicating with dogs, although these creatures are naturally quite intelligent.

Use Their Instincts

Are you tired working against Reva's instincts, ending up with frustration not being able to communicate with her? Remember that understanding the instincts that drive Reva will help you communicate better with her.

It is wise to use their basic instincts to communicate with dogs and to train them up, without trying to teach them the language they do not understand at all. This approach of communicating with dogs works amazingly, starting from the basics to advanced training courses.

Don't Treat Them As Human

Treat them with humanity but not as human. Although Reva is the most lovable member of your family but she is not human. Remember that most of her behaviors are driven by instincts. Understanding these driving factors is again another effective key to learn how to communicate with dogs and become a successful dog owner. She will be happier if you treat them like dogs and with love and care. This makes her understand you better and let you understand her.

Dogs Understand No English

Dogs do not understand human language. They only recognizes the sound of the words pronounced and try to understand it. This is instinct. Use your tone of voice this to teach them what you want to them do pronouncing the specific word.

Consistency

Communicating with dogs requires consistency. If you have given some command and Reva is not responding to it then stick to it until it serves the desired purpose. It is not her fault. May be that you have not mastered the art properly.

Mastering the art of communicating with dogs requires immense dedication and lot of time and energy. It requires lot of patience as well. There are lots of books that teach you how to communicate with dogs. Loosing hope in the midway will turn you to be an utter flop and expose your innocent partner to the risk of developing neuroses resulting from boredom and lonesomeness.
