Have you every wanted to make a lot of money or at least enough to have the good life?

Well you may have found that perfect business…the Cash Advance Business is a simple and a direct type of opportunity.

The one Product that every individual would like to have is MONEY!

Money is your only product you can sell and at the same time get it back with a profit. Take a look at all of the Banks and how many branches they have in your city. That has to tell you a lot in terms of the Need and Desire for additional funds to be loaned to individuals. Remember you only loan to individuals who have gainful employment.

This approach even beats the bank system, because you only have one product, one employee and bankers hours. Whereas a Bank has many other products that they are attempting to sell, but the Cash Advance business is basically limited to one product--Money!

There are some owner who sell money orders, take payments for credit cards and utility bills. Basically, they do this as a way to earn an additional income to pay for their manager salary, the utilities, rent or whatever.

Personally, I don’t like the other products in the office. To me it seems to take away from the business at hand. For a second, image selling a money order and making .50 cents and having Cash Advance customer waiting to hand you $15, $30 or $45 for their fee. To me it just doesn’t make sense. Your Cash Advance customer needs to be treated with the utmost in customer service.

Another great thing about the Cash Advance business is that one person can basically run the office the entire week without your assistance. That doesn't mean you don't have to "Take Care of Business", because you do. You have watch the "P and Q" in order to be profitable. You must always know on a daily basis how much money comes into the operation and how much was put out as loans.

You have to be extremely careful when you have Money as your main or only product. One thing that I did to make it safer for my funds is that we never gave actual cash to our customers. We always wrote the customer a check for their loan, but would only accept actual funds for the payback.

I believe it helps to keep your employee honest. I have known other companies that gave cash out to the customer, only to find that their manager had falsified a file and pocketed the funds themselves. Generally, the employee is caught, but not before they have walked off with several thousand dollars.

I am sure you have been aware over the last few years about the negative press that has occurred. For the most part, this has decreased. Today you will see TV advertising from the National Association of Cash Advance Members. They have an excellent message and this ad is great PR for the industry. Also, most states have terminated the Bad Apples in the industry. Honesty and integrity is the best principle in running a successful business.

In closing, if you want to consider the Cash Advance Business, then you need to research the subject, read books and articles and structure your approach to be successful.
