Giant Sales! Unique and Innovative Products! New and Improved Systems! There is nothing quite like a hanging banner to get your message out about your business, service or event. When people are looking for a new product, they watch for these signs. Providing flexibility and affordable portability, the visually appealing attraction invites potential clients to your trade show booth, where they will look over your products and services. Banners are the ideal choice to get your message across, because they are versatile enough to be used horizontally and vertically, both in and out of doors. With bright fields of bold color and clear messages, banners can make or break your sales projections.

Easy to set up and take down, product and advertising banners can make the difference when getting that elusive sale. A dynamic booth is a sure draw for potential clients. Modular setups are easy for any novice assembler to put in place; all you have to do is open the package, pull up the vertical banner and you’re ready to go. Eye-catching displays that use easy-to-read messages work well to enhance visual impact and bring people closer to your booth.

Another way to get your message across at trade shows is to use smaller stands that also double as information depots. This way, brochures, business cards and other promotional materials can be made available to people passing by. Some vertical banners even have pouches or brochure holders mounted directly to the face to allow the message to get across as well.

Vertical banners also offer a smaller legroom in and around your booth while still getting your message out there. If you’d like even more room in your booth, then overhead banners will work better for you. It’s always important that potential clients don’t feel “closed in” when they visit your booth at the trade show. Comfort invites conversation, and talk is money in the world of new business.

Research well to find out what messages will catch peoples’ attention. Using “NEW” and “IMPROVED” and other phrases like “INNOVATIVE” will bring the curious consumers to your booth. Using vertical stands on either side of your booth with another across the top is a great way to promote your product. People like to see that you care enough to spend money on promoting your products. It makes them feel secure and it lets them know that you’re going to be around for a while. Don’t be afraid to ask the people who drop by your booth what attracted them to your area. It might give you quite a bit of insight into how better to spend your promotion dollar at the next trade show you attend.
