Dubai has re-invented itself to become a prime tourist location and central business hub for in the Middle East and Asian subcontinent. With its strong economic growth and tax free status, luxury lifestyle options and fantastic climate, Dubai has attracted businesses and tourists in their droves and Dubai is thriving as a result.

Dubai's innovative coastline expansion with projects such as three Palm Islands, (Jumeirah Palm, Jebel Ali Palm and Deira Palm), and The World, together with its growth into the Desert with amazing plans for many more tourist resorts, world class healthcare and medical facility in Healthcare City, world class sports facilities in Sport City, along with many other tourist facilities, has really put Dubai on the map as a fantastic place to work or visit. Dubai offers a Middle East culture with its sand dunes, fantastic architecture, pristine beaches and world class shopping making this a destination for all types of interests. Dubai is also host to many world class sporting events and festivals with an ability to produce the world class facilities required to attract these types of events.

Only 7 hours flying time from Europe, and offering more diverse tourist facilities than Florida in a more exotic location, Dubai must be a serious consideration for holidays at any time of the year. The hotel and accommodation options are luxurious with service and standards higher than most other prime tourist locations. Many top chefs such as Gary Rhodes and Gordon Ramsey have added their reputations to amazing restaurants ensuring standards are maintained at the highest level.

For Investors in Dubai this has become a Mecca for financial growth. The property market has seen a huge rise over the last 4 years and remains a great area to invest in. There are many international and local financial companies and banks offering more products to its cosmopolitan population, with trust building as a result of this faith in the market from these International financial corporations.

All property developments are being built with luxury lifestyle in mind. All have access to gyms, pools, shopping and restaurant facilities and are within easy reach of the beaches and fantastic malls that make this such a wonderful place to invest in, visit or reside.

For investors hoping to rent their property, rental returns are very high, both from a long term and short term prospective, ensuring great returns. Dubai is still very much a 'landlords' market with rent prices remaining constant and at the 'New York' end of the scale whilst property prices are still approximately a third lower per square metre than that of London or other major international cities, ensuring a great yield on your return. In order to attract international investors, Dubai is also offering permanent residency to anyone purchasing property in this emirate and laws are constantly changing in the interest of investors here, making this a really safe place to buy. Of course the fact that it is a tax-haven is also a major attraction for international investors.

The faith in the tourist market is reflected in the huge investments being made by all the major hotel chains operating and expanding into Dubai. Also at the high luxury end of the market, with the Palazzo Versace Hotel and Trump Towers Dubai opening their doors to the international elite by 2008/9, it's a great message to send out to the rest of the world; not only is this a great place to visit and invest, it's a safe place to visit and invest.

Dubai offers equal opportunities for women in business for expats and emirates alike. Dubai is actively getting its population to work and all companies in Dubai should employ a percentage of Emirates in their headcount. With Dubai's expanding population of tourists and residents alike, there are now so many business opportunities opening up and many Expat women are looking to get into business here within many disciplines; be it corporate life or their own companies. For your own business, a local sponsor is required, but sponsors are keen to back the great opportunities opening up here, so there is no shortage of partners.

In summary, Dubai is such great places to buy reside in or visit from all perspectives. Dubai really does have something to offer everyone. If you like constant sunshine, great business opportunities, great investment opportunities, a lifestyle with wall to wall entertainment and an excellence second to none in service and standards, Dubai is the place for you.
