And after you sign up, you put up simple web pages using the on line web page maker software (it's actually very easy to use). The trick is to put a link somewhere on those pages back to your main web site. Because it is run and operated by Google itself, you will get spidered very fast and with that link back to your web site you should get a bump in your main web sites rank. Brilliant!
