Without sleep, he went to his first session, and from then on, he was hooked.

This one weekend seminar that Jason attended ended up being one of the most important seminars Jason ever attended. He used the information he learned to then buy a house within a week and make $40,000.

After that house, he decided to buy another for $110,000. However, this one didn't sell right away like the previous one. AFter 45 days, the house did not sell. As you can imagine 95% of people would give up at this point, but not Jason Pearson. He decided to do what he could to get the house sold. He hired someone to trim the hedges and lawn and make the place look a whole lot better. He paid attention to detail.

Then, he started marketing the house again. The beauty of this was that before all of the extra work was even done, someone wanted to buy it.

Jason got to the point when he was able to buy and sell 8 houses in only 1 month's time. It wasn't long after this, that he realized that he could do so much more if he hired someone to take his phone calls for him.

When Jason was able to buy and sell a house in 14 days, he thought to himself, "I could teach other's how to do this and make even more money." So, he decided to hire someone to buy and sell the houses and do the marketing. He then opened up his own mortgage company.

Through all of this time, Jason still continued taking real estate education. In fact, he invested $50,000 in this education to get where he is at today.

Jason has perseverance to succeed to the end with anything he does. Everything he touches basically turns to gold. He has been successful with almost everything he has done on the Internet. As you can see, he has done this through experience and hard work.
