Web Based learning is all over the Internet right now, opinion sites, information sites, people with views about the web based learning and the web based design that researchers are working so hard to be able to integrate into the Internet system and get it going. E learning is also a part of this. Without web based learning, there’s no way of telling if the system is going to react the way it should except by those who are designing and creating it in the first place.

Web based training is totally different and on a different level as web based learning although the two concepts collide in nature as far as the design is concerned. The learning system offers a better awareness of the Internet and the use of the Internet as a learning tool as well.

While web based learning eventually leads to web based training and the ideas that surround the initial concept, the researchers still need certain answers so as they work on technical issues others work on the web based training and the web based learning structure so it is beneficial to everyone who uses the Internet in some form or another.

Essentially web based programming will be instituted into the idea or concept as well as the already web based training and the web based learning. New software and improvements to the Internet are happening all the time and upgrades are being installed on computers all over the world for different things people have downloaded or different software such as operating systems, the web based learning standard will probably be in the same affect.
