When you drive people to your website you will want to put an opt-in form to your newsletter, e-zine or give them something of value (ex. free e-book or report) so they will opt-in to your mailing list. People have a hard time believing this but it takes on average about 7 times for someone to see your offer before they buy. So if you drive people to your website and they do not join your program or buy your product but they opt-in to your offer, now you have a better chance of turning that visitor into a sell or a member of your team.

Traffic is the #1 reason that stops people from getting their dream of residual income. You could have the greatest product or program in the world but without traffic, it is all but a dream. There are many ways to get traffic to your website but the best traffic is targeted traffic. Lets say you have a website and you are selling a product on sewing tips, Would you rather have ten thousand people visit your site looking for business tips or would you rather have five hundred people looking for ways how to double stitch? Of course, you would take the five hundred looking for sewing tips. So here are some ways that you could advertise to drive targeted traffic to your website.

SEO (search engine optimization)

In conclusion, I would like to tell you that yes it’s very possible to obtain residual income from home. I must tell you though it takes work and dedication but with the right tools and know how it can be done.
