When we are stressed we become depressed and the bed or couch seems to be our best friend. We tend to lose interest with no energy for doing anything. Stress thrives on our stored energy that we have stored back in the subliminal mind for use, as we need it. Soon the energy will be gone to let depression in; that could be deadly for some people or take control to cause us failure.

Practice and find ways to stay in control and keep you motivated to for success. Relaxation will help increase our energy and development in new skills with less work. As our energy increases we gain strength in the way we perform to bring up our confidence and self-esteem. With a higher self-esteem we make better decisions to lessen pressure for thriving in self-development in sports and in life.
