Weddings are big day for many couples all around the world. They must have a good plan to carry out their wedding day. By thinking creatively and being willing to compromise, you can create a beautiful wedding that is long on memories, but short on costs. We have been agreed with this “weddings are expensive,” but don’t be afraid the following ideas are useful tips to cut wedding cost :

1. Wedding Planning

This is very important activities, you can’t do without think your plan first. All your wedding activities depend on your planning. One thing is for certain, you need a wedding planner to help you stay organized and reduce the stress. Forget about hiring a wedding planner. You can still get the job done with the help of family members and friends. Discuss all about your wedding with the person you’ve chosen. It is important to prepare blank sheets of paper in your wedding planner to be used to write down any ideas that come to mind, questions you want to ask, reminders, important dates and phone numbers.

2. Wedding Invitation

Limit your invitation to the most important people in your life. Less guests less expenses. Keep your invitation simple. If you have the time or extra helping hands, you may even want to consider making the invitation by yourself.

3. Wedding Venue

Be wise and practical when selecting your venue. If possible, have both the ceremony and the reception in one place to minimize your cost. By holding both the wedding and the reception at the same location, you will save rental fees and transportation costs. If you or your parents are members of a church, consider having the wedding and reception there. When decorating the venue, keep the use of flowers to a minimum, they are costly. Use cheap materials such candles, ballons, tulles and ribbons as substitutes. Balloons are inexpensive and can be used to decorate tables or the dance floor. You can rent a helium tank and blow up your own balloons less expensively than purchasing them already blown up. Using flowers for decoration purposes, buy flowers are in season will reduce costs. But the important tips is you must have professional emcee to make your wedding ”life”. It is nice to be entertained by a live band, recorded music will do just fine.

4. Wedding Cake & Foods

Don’t serve quest with expensive foods that are costly i.e. lobsters, steaks. You can still impress your guests with less expensive food. Limit the champagne to the toast. Instead of wine, serve less expensive drinks. To reduce the amount of food needed, schedule your ceremony for mid-afternoon or in the evening after the dinner hour when your guests won't expect as much food. An evening dessert reception with a variety of desserts plus wedding cake is a popular alternative. If there will be a large number of guests at the wedding, you can save on the cost of the wedding cake by ordering a smaller cake and additional sheet cakes. The sheet cakes can even be different flavors than the cake, if desired. Serving alcohol will dramatically increase the cost of your reception. To reduce costs, consider hosting only a champagne toast or serving no alcohol at all. If your family and friends would usually expect alcohol to be served, you can avoid the problem by scheduling your wedding for morning or early afternoon, since alcohol isn't normally served early in the day.

5. Wedding Gowns

Order your wedding gown and bridesmaids' dresses early. Most bridal shops will need six to eight months to prepare a wedding dress / bridesmaid dress, to get the sizes in, to do all alternations, and to press before the wedding. Most wedding gowns are custom made and need to be ordered far in advance. Do not wait till the last minute or you will be lucky if your gown will be ready for your wedding. There’s no doubt about discount wedding gowns are a very smart move. With a discount gown, you can save a lot of money on your purchase, and still feel just as stunning as you always hoped. When it comes to your big day, you want to make sure you feel as stunning as possible. Discount bridal gowns and wedding dresses can be the solution for young and old brides that need to be able to plan a wedding with only a low budget to work with. As weddings as a whole are expensive, discount bridal gowns and wedding dresses can cut out a significant portion of the costs so more money can be spent to make a memorable celebration.

I think 5 tips about wedding above can help you to make your dream come true, happy beautiful wedding!
