Good Travel Is Not Self Service

Depending on the skill level of your group, you'll want to examine the available ski trails. If everyone is a beginner there are resorts that cater to that. Here in Colorado almost every resort has a nice variety of Green, Blue, and Black trails.

Lodging is the next thing to consider. It's important to be comfortable and it's nice to at least have a hot tub where you stay. If you are flying in, you'll want to make sure that there is transportation to and from the slopes each day! Since you will be enjoying the mountains, consider other activities to enjoy too: dog sledding, sleigh rides, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, ice skating, downhill sledding or horseback riding.

There are many things to consider as you plan. In this, we have turned travel into a self serv business, but travel does not really lend itself to that. We may be getting discounted prices, but in return we have sacrificed time, energy and satisfaction.
