The price of real estate properties in Dubai is comparatively cheaper as to other developed countries. For Instance, as compared to any other developed city in UK, the property prices here are at least around four times on the lesser side. Thus, for the price of a one bedroom apartment in UK, you can get a five-bedroom villa in Dubai. Doesn't that spell luxury?

As far as the return from the property is concerned, Dubai again tops the other developed nations. While only a maximum of 5% of the price can be expected as rent in UK, Dubai assures of an 8% to 9.5% rental return in the present market conditions. The main reason for such a trend is the lack of taxes in Dubai. Currently, there is no income tax or capital gains tax on property rentals and property sales respectively. This allows the people to enjoy a better lifestyle and luxury.

Another important factor is that Dubai property market has just started its era of boom. Thus, the trend will continue for some more years. However, the situation in other countries is different. The boom has already matured in nations like the UK and we cannot expect any more increases. Because of these reasons, it seems a much better and wiser decision to invest in this metropolitan city.
