The entire Tampa area of Florida is a hot place—not just in weather but in commerce, real estate and investment. South Tampa, Florida, has a lot to offer with a variety of homes to choose from that suit every need, taste, interest and budget. South Tampa is an exclusive area situated near Hillsborough Bay. Close to downtown, the Tampa International Airport and the famous Florida beaches, South Tampa is considered one of the most desirable spots in the city of Tampa.

Whether you are looking for a nice family home or a mansion, a town house or a high-rise condominium, you will find exactly what you are looking for in South Tampa. One of the major attractions of South Tampa is the variety of older neighborhoods with beautiful old-style homes from the 1900s that have been restored. These homes are very unique and not traditional Florida homes. Many different styles were popular in Florida at the turn of the century. The most notable were Arts and Crafts style homes and Victorian homes and South Tampa has many of these. Among these you will also find many Mediterranean homes to choose from. Meticulously restored, these homes will take your breathe away.

Many of these neighborhoods boast beautiful homes that are perfect for families, young professional couples and retirees looking for a place to settle down. Families find homes to lay down roots and raise children in the beautiful communities of South Tampa.

Living so close to Old Hyde Park Village is one of the perks of the area. A visit to this area turns any normal day into a special occasion. It’s in the midst of the historic district and just walking around and window shopping is so much fun. You can also shop in some very trendy boutiques, have a gourmet lunch or just relax with latte and people watch. If you have some time on your hands and you can take in a movie. Many organized events occur in this area and most weekends you can find art festivals or parades the whole family will enjoy.

Throughout South Tampa, you will find an eclectic mix of cultures, homes and businesses. This mix allows for a melting pot of commerce and real estate for families. The real estate market is on an even keel throughout South Tampa with something in everyone’s price range. Because of this even mix and perfect real estate sector, the prices of real estate in South Tampa are expected to be on the rise in a relatively short period of time as many people look to the Tampa area to invest in real estate and relocate their families here for a piece of the American dream. The time to act on real estate in South Tampa is imminent—now is the time to grab your own piece of Florida. Businesses are relocating to Florida because this is where the technology and people are gravitating to—get in now on the ground level of this Mecca to South Tampa, you won’t be sorry you did.
