Who goes there?

In this day and age, it might not be feasible for you to hire a 24-hour watchman to guard your house or property, but we can provide you with the next best thing! A strategically placed RAB outdoor motion detector lights can provide you with peace of mind, in the knowledge that no intruder will be able to pass by your home unnoticed. A RAB motion detector sensor light kit can also be installed for your own safety and convenience, for when you return home late at night and need to see whats around you without searching for a switch! Whatever your needs, we have a few different motion detectors to choose from.

If you are looking to ensure the safety of your home and your family, it is crucial to have reliable motion sensors mounted around your property. Even if your security system consists of nothing more than floodlights that illuminate whenever movement is detected within a selected range, this can considerably deter the plans of a would-be intruder. Not only that, but such motion sensor based lighting can also be extremely beneficial to your own personal safety and convenience. When returning home late at night, or perhaps simply walking outside your home after dark, automatic lights can greatly enhance both your safety and comfort. We offer a number of motion sensors lighting systems that can be used for general or specific applications, or as an integral aspect of your home security system.

There are four different types of RAB Stealth Outdoor Motion Detector Lights, and each is designed to suit specific needs. Our Stealth 110 motion detector lighting system is a good, all-purpose option that provides 110-degree coverage, or 50 out and 70 wide. For long corridors, we offer the RAB Stealth 15LV, which senses a 15-degree wide pattern that reaches 75' out and 12' wide. For close coverage along the sides of buildings, we recommend the RAB Stealth 200 motion detector lighting system. This provides 200-degree coverage, or 30 out and 100 wide. For those wiring with 12-volt AC/DC systems, our Stealth 12LV motion detector provides the same coverage as the Stealth 110, with equal switching capacity. Each of these options are fitted with a Double Look down lens, meaning coverage is ensured for closer areas that are beneath the gaze of many motion detectors. These Stealth motion detectors are also designed to provide temperature compensation and radio frequency immunity for consistent, reliable coverage under any conditions. These motion detectors are easy to install and allow convenient five-minute test periods to help you precisely position and aim the sensor.

While all of the above can be wired into your home security or lighting system, we also offer a number of motion detector light kits that are ready for immediate installation. Also by RAB, these items come with either bell or bullet flood light fixtures that light up whenever motion is detected within the coverage area. The STL110H and STL110HB have a 110-degree coverage, or 50 out and 70 wide. The STL200 and STL200HM have a 200-degree coverage, or 30 out and 100 wide, perfectly suited for close coverage on the side of a building or along a wall. These fixtures come pre-wired and assembled on a universal CU4 cover plate, and each kit includes two 150-watt, PAR-38 bulbs.

Each motion detector product is shipped with detailed installation instructions.
