The average worker spends over 45 hours a week on the job. The remaining time has to include sleeping, visiting friends and family, taking care of children, taking care of yourself, practicing your favourite hobbies, sports, etc. Prioritising becomes one of our main and most stressful tasks. How can you remain true to you, if you are so busy trying to be true to everyone else, including the boss, children, spouse, and friends?
