- HIV/AIDS: India has one of the largest populations of HIV/AID victims. A growing concern HIV is taking the shape of an epidemic and is causing concern at the national as well as global level. Educating people about HIV/AIDS is the right way to try to control this disease. Your volunteering in India work for HIV/AIDs victims will involve teaching them what is HIV/AIDS, how does it spread, how to be more careful having intercourse etc.

- Community Work: Volunteer India community work would involve interacting with the people in the rural communities, learning, and helping them improve the way they live, educate them on newer and more effective ways for farming, sanitation, cooking, etc. Truly a rustic experience!

1. You must be 18 or over 18 years of age
2. Have basic skill sets and experience in case you have applied for a health care project, or teaching project.
3. Should not be suffering from any health problem

Fee and Other details

There are fees attached for every volunteering project you opt for. The fee is charged in advance and is applied for food, accommodation, comprehensive travel insurance, in country travel, fund raising ideas etc. The project coordinator is responsible for most of your needs as a volunteer in India throughout the duration of your stay as a volunteer in India.
