The main reason why the home buyer needs a home warranty is to prevent stress as you move into your new home. Buying a new home is expensive and the costs of moving from one location to another add even more expense. If you add to the mix the extra traveling and the odds and ends involved in moving out and cleaning your previous quarters, you may be in a position where just one extra or unexpected expense could be enough to tip the financial scales over into complete chaos.
