Toy store owners must take advantage of their business to create colorful and playful business cards design. You also must not be stuck with the standard size of 2 by 3.5. Grab the freedom that your line of biz offers you. Make outstanding choices when it comes to the tools that you’ll be using for advertisement purposes.

The design may vary according to what your specialty is or according to the bestsellers on your stores. But the following elements must be intact within all your business cards.

1. The name of your company and your name.

2. A unique logo that will make it easier for people to remember your brand.

3. All the contact details such as the physical address, email, web’s URL and contact numbers.

4. Your business tag line.

5. If you have a theme with regards to color, take advantage of it. Match your cards to the color of your store. This will also make it easier for people to remember you.

Business Cards Design

Make this task as fun as how your business is supposed to be. Look around you for inspiration. Your cards must appear as fun and as exciting just like how your products are.

You can even turn this task into a craft. Here are some ways to go about this with your business cards.

1. You can ask the printing company who will do the cards to customize the shape. You can pattern it according to how your store looks like. You can even add doors to the cards. And only when people open the doors will they see your contact details.

This can promote excitement for people don’t know what to expect once they open the doors. You can add a line or two on your cards which go like, more surprises await you when you visit our location.

2. Most business cards use the landscape layout. You can opt to be different. You can use the portrait layout instead. Just make sure to add elements in it that would make the material effective.

3. Look for specialty papers where you want your cards to be printed. Suit it according to your design. For example, if you’d like your card to appear like a doll, you can choose a smooth-finish paper. You can ask the printing company for technical assistance in this regard.

4. Your cards must be colorful. Your business is toys. So you must be playful with everything in it. Make it a fun task. And make it more enjoyable to those who will see it. Make them look forward to coming at your stores to experience more fun and enjoyment based on what your cards have promised.

5. You can fill your cards with fun elements like glitters and clip arts. You can also add a bit of ribbons or small buttons for added effect and attitude.

The idea is to have fun while doing your business cards design so that the recipients would also feel the same. Think like a child and show people how to enjoy.
