At the end of the day, I listen to these six points while I go about my daily work because I know they can last a much longer time with these rules.

If you carefully put them into actual use, it will only be a matter of time before these practices become your habit. In a year’s time your situation will show drastic improvements. All that is required of you is to come up with a systematic action that are productive based on the 6 points mentioned here.
