Emotional responses can become arousing, disturbing, exciting, sensitive, emotive, etc but with each reaction, these responses affect us. Controlling your emotional response to various situations requires a conscious effort to develope your emotional competence.

Emotions will affect our viewpoints, behaviors, attitudes, and so on. When we have emotive reactions, sometimes it causes controversial responses, or we may feel sensitive. When we feel touchy, it is often because someone touched a sore spot. When this happens, we may act out angrily, sad, or downhearted.

These actions occur simply because a body has not developed his or her emotional competence. When we have emotional competence, it advances our aptitude, skills, abilities, proficiency and our fitness. We advance from experiences and it shows in our attitude.

To develop emotional competence, we must consider strategies. Some of the latest strategies promoted today include subliminal learning, which I personally recommend. When you explore the subconscious mind, you enter without awareness the existing mind to explore past learning, experiences and so on. Once you develop this area, the rest is downhill travel.

Using meditation as a complement of this learning strategy can enhance your ability to develop emotional competence. Meditation guides you to relaxation, which is necessary when exploring your subconscious mind.

How we view ourselves is the step to developing emotional competence. Since, we see ourselves as pessimistic we may discover larger satisfaction with not having any expectations. Our views over factor into how we feel. By developing an optimistic attitude despite the many problems we face in the world, we can develop emotional competency successfully.

A positive attitude helps us to reduce stress, anxiety and depression. We feel better about ourselves and find it easier to socialize with others. Optimistic viewers often manage workloads easier as well.

People with positive attitudes often develop their coping mechanism. This mechanism helps them to manage stress successfully. This is because they often say, “there is no mountain high enough to push me back.” Optimism makes one feel in control, which helps them to master any obstacle that gets in their way. Someone who has a positive attitude will feel better because they do not let the small stuff get him or her down.

In spite of the notion, there will be rainy days; optimists can generate positive reinforcements believing that they are clever to get back on their feet without more ado. Positive thinkers take action often rather than putting off what they can do today.

On the other hand, Pessimistic people have a tendency to view the glass as half-empty. In addition, a positive person will more often, refuse to discover other options to solve their quandary; believing that such action is valueless and will change nothing.

In fact, if you associate with pessimistic people it often discourages you. Yet, an optimistic person will remove this person from their association, despite what relationship he or she may have, or else move to help the person resolve his or her pessimistic ways.

Emotionally flexible people are much better at managing stress, and they are capable of improving themselves by having a certain degree of control over their actions. They do not take a fall easily, rather a positive person will take action and get on his feet swiftly will failure presents itself.

Emotional resiliency is the ability to get back up even when life gets you down. When you reach the bottom, instead of struggling and giving up, you will find the power within you to take back your control.

This person described as a positive person can become you. All it takes is you to learn how to express your emotions, release negative energies and take control. Once you overcome this obstacle, you will see the next steps you can take to develop your emotional competence.

Some of the leading strategies used today to build emotional competency includes meditation, neurofeedback, biofeedback, and subliminal learning.

Take a venture first into subliminal learning. Here are the hidden doors that you must open in your mind to find your power. Once you find these hidden doors, open them and explore what you know. Explore your experiences, learning and abolish any influences that have taken a toll on your emotions.

Only you have the power to create the person you are. Practice meditating daily, exercise, and start a diet plan that gives your body the nutrients it needs to adapt to any situation. Practice writing out your emotions daily, and review what you write.

This practice will help you to find cause, which you can discover resolves to manage your problems. Once you overcome the many obstacles holding you back, the rest is downhill travel. Keep in mind however, that when a person tries his best in life, there is always an evil source doing his best to bring you down. Therefore, when you prepare to develop emotional competency, be sure that you plan to battle the obstacles that stand in your way.

You have many strategies today to challenge. Instead of relying on others to direct you to developing emotional competence, take back your power and find your own way. Sometimes you may need help, which is ok, but realize it takes you to make it happen.

Learn more about emotions, emotional responses, and subliminal learning. Take time to add notes to your list so that you create a stepladder to success. Explore subliminal learning by meditating daily. Writing is the leading tool that will guide you to meditation, and you can learn to relax while exploring the subliminal mind.

Keep in mind; you will come upon areas of subliminal learning, which may push you back. But facing the problems now can take you to success.
