Privilege Gold is part of a completely new phase aimed at rewarding the true collector of Lladro Porcelain. It now offers members an exclusive annual collection of sculptures plus many more advantages: a world of special privileges for true lovers and admires of Lladro figurines. The First Privilege Gold Annual Sculptures was Playtime With Petals, which seems destined to become a much sought-after jewel among the Lladro figurine collection.

What is Lladró Privilege?

Lladro have devised a way of both taking care of their preferred customers and making them feel special. Through Lladró Privilege they invite their most loyal customers, to join the the LAP (Lladró Assurance Program), created specifically with a view to offering them exclusive sculptures and special services – totally free of charge.

Who is invited to join Lladró Privilege?

Those who buy figurines from the Limited, Numbered or Elite Editions, former members of Lladró Society, customers proposed by retailers (in line with agreed quotas) and accepted by Lladró, plus regular buyers directly invited by Lladró.

What is the retailers’ quota for customer nominations?

Each authorised store is entitled to propose affiliation or renewal of several members annually (the assigned quota will vary each year depending on your performance as an Authorised Lladró Privilege Dealer.)

How do Collectors continue their membership of Lladró Privilege?

Through the purchase of one of the many exclusive figurines from the Lladró Privilege Collection, or by buying a Limited Edition.

Will there be a redemption certificate for Lladró Privilege pieces?

No, each Authorised Lladró Privilege Retailer will have an order form for recording the references and membership number of each Lladró Privilege member.

Will the annual ‘members – only’ figurine continue year-on-year?

Yes. In addition, there will be various exclusive and limited creations, limited either by time, quantity or access (open series pieces are restricted to Lladró Privilege members.) Also, all new Limited Edition sculptures will be made available to Lladró Privilege members prior to their release to the general public.

How does a collector order a Lladró Privilege figurine?

Just by presenting their membership cards, customers may request any of the pieces offered exclusively to Lladró Privilege members.

Will there be an exclusive magazine?

Yes, there will be an upmarket, exclusive magazine entitled Lladró Privilege. This quarterly publication will be the platform for presenting the exclusive Lladró Privilege products. It will also contain interesting articles connected to the world of arts and culture.

Will there special services for Lladró Privilege?

More and more extra services are being added year after year to make Lladró Privilege members feel special.

Will retailers carry the exclusive Lladró Privilege creations in stock?

No. In their store they will have the annual figurine and two pieces from the open series. These will be on display in their shops using the Lladró Privilege display for one year (naturally, those wishing to do so for a longer period may extend this limit.) After receiving the new issues of the collection, they will be entitled to sell the figurines on display to members of the programme, so long as Lladró is informed of this sale.

Will Lladro continue to offer the opportunity to visit the city of porcelain?

Yes, with a pre-arranged appointment. Lladró Privilege members will enjoy special privileges during a visit to the City of Porcelain in Valencia.
