Have you just broken up with your girlfriend? Are you hurting badly? Are you moping around like you just lost your best friend? Are you annoying her with pesky calls, poems, or flowers in order to win her back and show you still care? If so, stopping being a wuss! You can get your girlfriend back but you've got to change your ways. You've got to stop pursuing her like a maniac and prove to her that you don't need her and that you're doing just fine (if not better) without her. You've got to prove that she needs you WAY more than you need her.

And, the way to prove this is to get out of chase mode and into flight mode. This alone demonstrates that you don't care one way or the other that the relationship is over. For instance, if you run into her, say a casual "hey" and then move on. Don't lally-gag for hours with sad puppy dog eyes, don't discuss why your relationship ended, and don't profess your undying love. Simply don't show any emotions at all. Be strong and respect yourself and move on.

Speaking of moving on, you must, must, must distance yourself big time. No calling. No sending flowers. No nothing. Simply act as if she doesn't exist any longer. Instead of feeling sorry for yourself, concentrate on improving yourself. Go to the gym, work out, take up a new class, or do something that will improve you. Improve yourself so that you're more attractive.

Act as if you've found someone new. Nothing will draw up interest in your ex girlfriend than if she thinks you've found someone else. To make this work, drop by a place where she normally hangs out with someone new (hopefully someone hotter and more intriguing than your ex girlfriend). Say "hey" to your ex and then give your pseudo girlfriend all your attention. Laugh and have a ball with her. Treat this new gal as if she's the best thing since sliced bread. Not only will this arouse jealousy in your ex, it will prove that you are making it without her.

Be happy. Although you desperately want your ex-girlfriend back, you can't let the breakup get you down. Instead, you have to pick up the pieces and enjoy your life now. Stop acting sad and depressed and move on. Yes, it might hurt for a while but if you can truly learn to be happy without your ex girlfriend then you will have the emotional edge over her. She will see this trait as extremely sexy and handsome and will naturally want you back.

So don't be a wuss. Prove to your ex girlfriend that you have moved on and that you are a strong and confident man. With your actions, you'll turn the tables and she'll soon realize how much she wants and needs you back in her life. And then you can take her back or not.
