Without using CRM to keep track of customers, the people who spend money with your business end up feeling ignored and neglected, and they will go and spend their money elsewhere. There are no guarantees that using CRM can help a salesperson or business owner avoid all instances of that. However, it is a great tool to help keep people feeling appreciated and coming back for more products and services in the future.
