One of the great advantages this dieting for idiots diet program offers is the ability to eat absolutely ANYTHING you want for 3 days after your full 11 days is up! In that year I am fit and down to 216 pounds. I am finally to a weight that is respectable and slightly above average for my height. Losing that much weight in just a year was absolutely incredible. Anyone can do it if you put your mind to it and follow this diet STEP BY STEP. It is critical that you do not skip meals at all. Some people think they can take short cuts and lose weight faster by skipping meals using this program. That is definitely a no no. Your body needs these 3 days of rest to withstand another 11 days straight on this program. You will not lose 9 pounds every 11 days unless you follow this diet plan exactly. However you decide to lose weight and keep it off, I wish you the best of luck! It definitely isn’t easy but with this fat loss for idiots diet, anything is possible!
