Informative articles on the web work very well to promote your business and services. They are also good resources in research work. Once you decide to write an article for your business, you must assure that it should be eye catching and powerful enough to grab the attention of the reader.

Let’s see how you can write articles on the web that are effective. While writing articles on the wed, it is very important to master each minor and major aspect of quality web article writing. This will help you to become a skillful article writer and hence, increase your value in the article writing business. When you aim to write an article, try to work on the following points:

• Select a topic

• Gather information regarding that topic (make an outline)

• Decide the structure of article.

• Decide keywords repetition ratio (for search optimization purposes)

While writing articles on the web, the first step is to know the behavior and needs of your readers. Now select a suitable and attractive topic (headline) for your article. It should be smart enough to compel the reader to open and read your article. Topic should narrate precisely what article contains.

Once you decide the topic, just start gathering useful information regarding that issue. If it is an article related to your business, study your business processes and products in detail so that you can elaborate them easily in your article. Make an outline and split the information in small bullet points. This will allow you to organize your ideas efficiently.

Structure of the article does a lot. The immense traffic on the web causes your reader to get fed up very quickly. Readers actually need information quickly, in a simple and easy-to-read layout. If your article does not attract them by reading the first paragraph, they will proceed to the next one because there are a lot of informational resources available online. It is a good practice to use bold headlines to separate sections. This will help your readers to get to their desired information. Write short paragraphs with simple vocabulary unless you are writing a highly technical article. Large paragraphs irritate the readers and make it hard for them to browse through and find the required information. Use suitable font type, font color and background color. Fancy font style may look good but sometime it becomes difficult to read. Be sure that your grammar is correct and there is no spelling mistake.

Another major factor in writing articles on the web is your article’s standing in the search engine results. Thousands of articles float up on the web every day, so it is very important to make your standing better when someone try to search your article topic using a search engine. To tackle this situation, use major keywords regarding your topic in the article repeatedly. Your standing on search engine directly depends on the number of keyword used in the article. This technique is called search engine optimization. Ideally, your keyword must appear at least three to five times per hundred words. Practicing all these useful tips will make you a good and skillful article writer and will enhance your article writing speed by the time.
