Yet you have to be able to get the machines into the places where people will access them.

You need to do this to determine if the vending location is a place where you are likely to get plenty of sales all year long. Be wary of seasonal locations as they may not result in enough profits to cover that down period. It can be difficult to move vending machines so do your best to secure quality locations from the very beginning.

Of course a problem could be that the owner of that location isn’t allowing vending machines to be put into place. You may be able to persuade them though with the right deal. Before you approach any owner about placing vending machines, have a good idea of what you want to say.

This is important so that you will come across as knowledgeable and confident. Make sure you push the benefits of the vending location for them as well. Let them know how much money you are willing to pay for the spot each month. This can be a set dollar amount of a percentage of your total sales.

It may take some encouragement though before they are ready to commit to it. You will find having written information in hand is helpful. Then you can give them some time to think about the proposal as well as leave them some written information to review. Follow up with them in a few days to see if they have any questions for you to answer. Never buy any vending machines until you have found locations for them as well as worked out the details with the owner of those locations.
