Idiot Diet - Does it Work?

A number of dieting plans have been presented to us in the past years. And all these diets offered their own special way on how we can achieve the weight we desire and promised us how we can manage our weight well and with efficiency. Some of these plans have succeeded in accomplishing the set objectives and some have faltered a bit, perhaps because of the complexities of some of the underlying principles of the dieting plan or due to the complex and difficult rules that need to be followed. Now there is a new plan out there that is easy as well to follow, and ensures results after 11 days. This diet is simply known as the Idiot Diet. This is called the Idiot Diet not because the followers of the plan are mindless individuals, on the contrary the followers of the plan just knows what works and that this can be done by just following ten simple and no-brainer steps and suggestions. Yes the plan may not be perfect. But what makes the plan a stand-out and a plan of results is the fact that this is an easy-to-follow plan and all suggestions and steps are straightforward.

So what makes this idiot diet plan work? The central theme of the idiot diet plan is to make the individual adjust his calorific intake for the day. This is necessary so that the body will not have the chance to adjust the ratio of metabolism and have it set on a specific rate. The end result is that the plan effectively prevents the body's metabolism to slow down. The changing of the calorific intake every day or called calorie shifting needs to be done in an 11 day cycle, then this cycle is then followed by a three day free period wherein the person can eat whatever he wants.

For those eleven days there are several suggestions that a person should heed and follow. Here's one; you need to eat four meals a day. The spacing between the meals is just right to enable the body to adjust. Aside from the fact that you need to shift and vary your calorific content, it is also suggested that your carb intake and protein intake should be switched from time to time as well. Eating out isn't suggested; rather preparing your meals at home may do wonders. If you want to follow the plan, then it is suggested that you drink lots of water and sweets need to be sacrificed. Also you need to have self-control as well, knowing when to say no to food when you are full. And of course, you can never go wrong with exercise like walking. The plan calls for it and one of ten steps that people must follow who want to take this diet plan to heart. But the ultimate factor that help makes the dieting plan work is the fact that this is highly convenient for all people. The idiot diet plan is anchored on just ten simple suggestions that work and the plan can be accessed over in the internet.
