In the retail marketplace, vases can be relatively inexpensive, made of plastic or other inexpensive materials. They are usually included in the cost of the flowers. But special occasions require something more expensive and more thoughtful, and for these times, you can buy beautiful, high quality vases in high quality metals, crystal, or other materials.

The same is true for the promotional world. You can buy bulk quantities of certain kinds of vases for large-scale distribution. These come in glass, plastic, pewter or bronze, with your company’s logo prominently displayed. Many of these are small bud vases. The advantage of these vases is that they are generally kept on the client’s desk to enhance their workspace with the beauty of flowers, and in the midst of those pleasant associations, your logo is visible. These less expensive vases are a desirable product and can be purchased for as little as $2.00 each.

Other vases, however, can cost much more, and are not meant to be bought in bulk. These are the types of items that are given to valued clients or as rewards to especially productive employees. These high quality vases can come in crystal or beautiful leaded glass, including Waterford, Limoges, and Sheridan, with your logo engraved in a visible place. They can be displayed almost as heirlooms to beautify an office or home. They will demonstrate that the recipient is a valued member of your business circle and an accomplished business person. These high quality vases are too expensive to be bought in bulk, as they can cost anywhere from $75 to $1000, but they are worth the investment to have your business name associated with high quality and class.

In both the less expensive and more high quality varieties, you can get vases in an almost endless variety of styles. A quick survey of several promotional companies reveals vases shaped like hearts, dragons, cylinders, spheres, flowers, rectangles, seahorses, ovals, bowls, beer mugs, wine glasses, pyramids, or cubes. They can be decorated with engravings, rainbows, colors, lights, painted or etched flowers, personalization, Chinese patterns, molten glass, stripes, pineapples, nickel-plating, cobalt, swirls, plant patterns, or almost any other decorative theme you can imagine. You can get them in colors that match or accentuate your company’s colors and add more beauty to your clients’ workspace.

Another benefit of buying vases to use as promotional items is that companies who make vases and imprint them with your logo can also offer other similar products. Along with vases, you could also get coffee mugs, beer mugs, shot glasses, wine glasses, tumblers or pilsner glasses. Promotion companies often specialize in one category of item, such as glass or plastic containers, and that would include vases plus these other kinds of items. Each of them is useful for putting on someone’s desk and for holding things that make one’s space a better place to work. In the middle of this increased quality of their work life, your business information can be seen with just a glance, because it holds a prominent place.
