In most cases, that would be the class over the internship, as college classes can usually be taken at a later date. Coordinating your schedule can be stressful at times, but proper planning really does make all the difference.

Also, the feasibility of any internship you're considering will have to be taken into consideration. Since internships often take the place of part-time (sometimes even full-time) jobs, you should really try to get a paid internship. Otherwise, interning long hours for no pay really isn't fair, unless of course the internship might lead to an actual job within that company.
