There are so many negative and harmful programs. There are also programs that simply just want to advertise some products or services. Adware is the nickname for advertising-supported software. Adwares are also sometimes sharewares, which is another marketing method of software developers. The concept of the shareware is to offer programs free of charge for a certain period of time. This can be obtained online through downloading and they are sometimes bundled with adware free version too. Sharewares allow the user to test the program first within a specific period of time before he gets the full version, which offers extra features, help, and possible freedom from ads.

Adware free versions from the software applications we are fond of using can be good in way. As long as nothing close to identity theft is happening, and only the surfing information is being tracked, then it really isn't bad at all to have the ads popping from time to time.
