Florida is one of the most popular vacation spots in the U.S. so it’s no surprise that rental is very much in demand, especially during peak season. Villas in Florida have become prime pieces of property not only residential use; smart owners of these magnificent houses can put them up for rent and earn real money from tourists.

Villas in Florida are great alternative to those who are tired of staying in hotel rooms when visiting the Sunshine State. They may cost more than your standard hotel suite, but it’s definitely worth it especially for those who come in numbers and are planning to throw a beach party.

Florida offers a lot of these beautiful villas in almost every part of the state, whether you’re staying in Miami or relaxing in Key West. These villas are usually large, old houses with remarkable architecture and elegant furnishings to match.

There are lots of villas in Florida to choose from. In Miami Beach, which is one of the most popular vacation spots in the state, villas are very much in demand. Miami Beach is known for its great party vibe, where one can see people of all races partying together and enjoying the great tropical weather. Blacks, Latinos and Asians find themselves very much at home with Miami, which has become a melting pot because of the sheer number of minorities settled in the place.

Fort Lauderdale also has its numerous share of luxurious villas in Florida. Fort Lauderdale is very much like the French Riviera, with its beautiful beaches and exotic visitors. The city hosts various film and fashion premieres, making the demand for luxury villas even higher that it already is. Las Olas Boulevard, in particular, has a lot of exclusive villas for those with extravagant tastes.

On the other hand, Boca Raton is the perfect vacation spot for those who are looking for a more peaceful retreat, away from all the rowdy parties of Spring Break. Privacy is at its best with Boca Raton’s exclusive villas. If high price is not an issue, then those gorgeous villas in West Palm Beach are sure winners.

These exclusive villas in Florida are made for the comfort and enjoyment of guests. The best-selling villas have magnificent pools and luxurious rooms. Here are some of the amenities that a posh villa may have:

• Italian marble flooring
• Spacious, classy interiors with modern furnishings
• Wide, sweeping staircases
• Ultra-modern kitchen made for cooking gourmet food
• Huge master bedroom with its private Jacuzzi, with all-glass walls providing a breathtaking view of the ocean
• A helipad
• Infinity pools
• Butler, personal maid and chef services if requested by the guests

Not only these villas perfect for vacations, they also serve as perfect venues for occasions like weddings and birthdays. Imagine spending your wedding in a gorgeous, luxury villa? No problem, Florida has lots of them. You can even hold a theme wedding on these villas. Fancy having a wedding worthy of a duchess? These villas are a dream for wedding planners and caterers.
