In your current situation, you're hoping for a way to cure spider veins. You really miss the days when the only thing you worried about was whether you had to shave them on not. When the day of the procedure comes, you steel yourself against the initial pinch that the needle makes, and hope for the best.

Well, several injections, and one hour later, you stare down at your legs, and notice that not only are they now swollen, but the veins look darker than they did before. Your dermatologist explains that that's a normal outcome, and that the veins should grow lighter over time. You will, however, have to make an additional few appointments, as this procedure is part of a series in order to provide maximum results.

Even more injections, and lots of swelling and purple veins later, you've seen some lightening of those veins, but not enough to make you want to go out and wear a short skirt in the near future. So, your dermatologist says that laser treatments are in order. You cringe at the thought of having to go through yet another procedure, but you still have a dream, and in this dream your legs are clear again. Hopefully this time, all of the efforts of these procedure will pay off, and your dream will become a reality.
