The suites are filled with mahogany or birch furnishings, lush wall coverings and splendid Frette linens and private in-room bar, and equipped with the latest, state-of-the-art technology. Every suite has a unique 'butler's cupboard': a place for laundry, shoes to be shined or room service trays to be set, so the butler may retrieve or return them without ever disturbing the guests. The hotel boasts a staff to guest ratio of 1:6, the highest in Canada. The Courtyard Café of the hotel is the host for its exceptional dining. The extraordinary cuisine is served in a breathtaking room with 50-foot ceilings, skylights, and limestone walls.
