Overall, the cost runs a couple of thousand dollars, so if you do not have the financial means, instead try to first alter your diet. Sometimes excess fat can be lost simply through eating lots of fruits and vegetables! Also, be sure to exercise on a regular basis, even if it is just for a few minutes each day.
