Weight Loss: Stimulate Your Metabolism With This Exercise

Metabolism is the process inside your body which burns nutrition and change it into energy. The extra energy that is not needed is stored in the form of fat for later use when needed. But when you not active enough to use all the excess fat, that is when you become over weight. Always try to keep a good balance between food intake and activity. A good balanced metabolism that is suitable for your body’s unique requirements will help you to accomplish this goal.

Some people have a fast metabolism which means they burn energy to fast. It causes them to be under weight. But most people have a slow metabolism. It causes them to be over weight. Each person’s metabolism is unique due to their unique physical makeup and physical behavior. This can make weight management very difficult. There are some exercises that can help one manage your metabolism and therefore also manage your weight.

Weight lifting is an anaerobic exercise. It builds additional muscle mass which is also fat free mass. Additional fat free mass will lead to a higher metabolic rate. Aerobic exercise is good to improve your cardiovascular system, and for direct calorie burning. But aerobic exercises alone will not increase the resting metabolism rate. To increase the body’s metabolism rate faster in a natural way with exercise, you need the “metabolism optimizer” as well.

Metabolism optimizer exercise:

This exercise will help you to improve your metabolism naturally. It works well for both sides. If your metabolism is to slow and you want to make it faster to loose weight, or if it is to fast and you want to make it slower to gain more weight. The same exercise will work for both conditions. It will bring your metabolism closer to normal for your body’s unique requirements in a natural way.

Because of the difficult angle we use in this exercise, it is very specialized. Stand straight up next to a chair. With one hand, hold onto the chair for balance only. Move your upper body backwards as far as possible while you stand on your toes and you hold the back straight, bent your knees to move down as if you want to sit. The shoulders, back, bum and knees must form a straight line. Do this movement slowly and move down as far as possible or until the knees form a 90 degree angle. Hold it down for a count of about three. Come up straight to the original position while you keep the upper body as far as possible backwards. Repeat this without rest in between until you can’t do any more repetitions. Do this exercise very slowly for optimal results. You will feel the strain on your upper legs.

The more tension you can put on the upper legs and the lesser repetitions you can do, the better this exercise will work for you. The idea is not to do as many as possible repetitions, but to put as much strain as possible on the upper leg muscles.

Do this metabolism optimizer exercise every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. It is also a good idea to do it as part of your other warm-up exercises before your actual workout on these days.

Try this metabolism optimizer and see for yourself after a couple of weeks. Some clever body builders use this exercise or sometimes a variation of it to burn fat and build muscle tissue faster.
