This means we start having liquid meals like home-cooked soups (preferably vegetables), natural fruit juices, and lots of clean, pure water. To help us retain energy and get enough vitamins and antioxidants while we lose 21 pounds in 21 days, we may take powdered berry and other food supplements rich in natural nutrients but also have antioxidant properties.

Once our bodies are rid of toxins the metabolism function soars to peak performance and this sheds off extra pounds. To actually lose 21 pounds in 21 days like this is absolutely natural, healthy, and safe. And the best thing is that the body regains its quality to heal itself. Health, they say, actually has “heal” as its root word.
